BOLD COLORS

What is it to be bold?

For me, its all about crazy bright colors! 

At the moment my house is being given a bold makeover, 

we are getting fuschia curtains and painting walls a deep purple! 

I like this room a lot not only because the walls are each 

painted a different color, but it's also as if the lanterns are straight out 

of some sort of fun animation!

What if you could eat your fashion?

Edible beauty? What?!

Interesting...

It's possible! 

The other day I was talking to the founder of Aveda and Intelligent 

Nutrients, Horst Rechelbacher, and he told me that all of his

products were so natural and pure that you could eat them!

I pondered over this for awhile and thought to myself 

"Could I be poisoning myself with my own vanities"?

After all I am an avid perfume user... 

So I started using these products! 

They are fantastic and are made by locally grown herbs!

Fun Fact:

Apparently Cleopatra used to bath in Jasmine

and that is why all the guys were attracted to her

Intelligent Nutrients

OH NO SHE DIDN'T...

This summer I started kickboxing and was inspired on creating a post with

fashionable ladies kicking butt. 

I find this too be an interesting accessory... you could belt a dress?

I like the scenery in this shoot because it's so bleak and bare and that

way you can focus your attention on the clothes and the model.

What a knockout! ....(actually).

*Story*

So the other day I was at my kickboxing class and we were 

doing different stations. One station, you would simply do jabs the other

station, you would do round kicks as fast as you could. 

I got to the station where you must do your hardest round kick.

I was nervous because lately my round kicks haven't been that great...

So I winged it...

I managed to hit the guy who was holding the pads smack in the side of the head.

He was quite shaken up by it.... oops :)

It just goes to show that girls can kick-ass just as much as boys :)
