NEW YORK CITY'S TOP 5: RESTAURANTS


So in a couple of weeks I'm off to NYC and I thought I would 
do a blog post on what's hip and hot in the city!
Today I'm focussed on restaurants!

1) Buddakan
Type: Modern Asian Cuisine
Location: Meatpacking District
Signature Dish: The sizzling short ribs 
with mushroom chow fun and asian pear

If you are up for a downtown chic and hip night
Buddakan is the place to go!

2) Ember Room
Type: American Asian BBQ
Location: Hell's Kitchen Manhattan 
Signature Dish: The BBQ Berkshire
Pork Belly

If you want to go out for a casual meal Ember Room is 
probably a good option!

3) Morimoto
Type: Asian Fusion
Location: Meatpacking District
Signature Dish: Rock Shrimp 
Tempura

If you are going out for a casual/ chic night out on the 
town Morimoto is your place!

4) Spice Market
Type: Asian Fusion
Location: Meatpacking District
Signature Dish: Spiced Chicken Samosas 
with Cilantro Yogurt 

From what I've heard this is the hippest place
for the youngsters these days.

5) The Trilby: Cooper Square Hotel
Type: American Lounge
Location: East Village
Signature Dish: BBQ Meatballs

If you want to go out for a quick casual bite
or for a couple of drinks I highly suggest the
Trilby!
